Label TextThe 1890 Utica City Directory listed Frank D. Westcott and Elmer E. Parker as coal dealers at 221 Genesee Street and 11 Hickory. By 1894, they sold coal, wood, flour, and feed from a location at Albany Street and the West Shore railroad, as well as 221 Genesee.
