DescriptionSilver and gilt metal astronomical watch; ItalyCase: the band with pierced silver frieze of leafy foliage inhabited by hunters pursuing leopard and lion, glazed bezel, not clear whether the gilt body of the case is altered or associated, however, the winding aperture does line up with the square, turned loose ring pendant rising from gilt rosette, rosette repeated as drop opposite
MOVEMENT: gilt with circular plates, baluster pillars, gut fusee now with fine later chain, 4 wheel train with narrow fusee, ratchet and pawl mainspring setup, pierced floral cock, balance now with spring and regulating collar.
