DescriptionOpens into circular fan (cockade) or small riding parasol (parasolette.) Blue silk pleated leaf, with steel cut sequin design. Carved ivory guardsticks and handle; carved ivory loop at end of handle; ivory buttons at hinge, brass fastener with silk tassel.
